Background
Hagar is a nurse. Received MA in nursing from the University of Haifa. In addition, received M.A. in Gerontology from the University of Haifa.
She currently works at RAMBAM medical center as deputy of the head nurse.

Willingness of Medical Professionals and Family Caregivers of Elderly Persons with Dementia to Perform According to the "Patient Centered" Approach: Examining an Expanded Model of the Theory of Planned Behavior.
The "patient-centered" approach is a treatment philosophy that takes into account the individual's needs and individual values, which has been identified as the most important in the treatment of people with dementia. The medical professionals and family members accompanying a person with dementia during hospital admission, play a crucial role in the health and well-being of the patient. The question is what are the factors related to the willingness to implement the "patient-centered" approach among the medical professionals, the family members of the person with dementia. Therefore, the main goal of the study is to examine and compare the willingness of family members of people with dementia who are hospitalized, and medical professionals, to implement the "patient-centered" approach, using an expanded model of the theory of planned behavior.
