Background

My research explores the cognitive and linguistic mechanisms of multilingualism, aiming to characterize the processes involved in language learning and processing among a diverse multilingual population, including children and adults, with typical and impaired language development. In addition to its’ theoretical contribution, such research constitutes the basis for developing appropriate diagnosis and treatment for multilingual children and adults with linguistic or auditory difficulties, and efficient foreign language learning strategies.
