Research grant from the Israel Science Foundation (ISF): No. 147/08 Mechanism-based choice of therapy for neuropathic pain: Can treatments' success in neuropathic post-operative pain be coupled to a psychophysical pain modulation profile? ($120,000 for four years (with David Yarnitsky, MD).

2006

Research grant from the Joint program University of Haifa and the Technion: Mechanisms of pain processing - Painless myocardial infarction patients - $7,000.

2005

Research grant from the Israel Science Foundation (ISF): Advancement of psychophysics of pain modulation from lab to clinic: Constructing susceptibility profile for appearance of post operative neuropathic pain. ($220,000 for three year (with David Yarnitsky, MD).

Research grant from the joint program University of Haifa and the Technion study: Pain perception in patients with burning mouth syndrome - $5,000.
